Micah joined the ministry in 2014 during its transition to Arizona. After traveling for 3 years, Micah began to take on the responsibilities of directorship. His passion is in website & social media development, visionary leadership, and walking in the prophetic. After 7 years, Micah & Bella Thomas have moved to Atlanta, GA with the desire to advance the reach of NLDC.

Dillon is from Washington and he joined the ministry in 2015. He is passionate for the Lord and training up ministers. In 2018, Dillon transitioned off the road to become to help train our new recruits.

Chris Wineland traveled as a stand up comedian & studied improv at Second City in Chicago before joining in 2015. He led teams on the road for 2 years before entering into a relationship with Micah, getting married & creating roots in AZ. He is now an intricate part of developing the skills in our students to perform theatre & drama workshops nation wide.

Micah first joined in 2014 from Clearwater FL. After traveling on the road for 3 years, she felt a strong call to become a director at home base. She enjoys using her gifts of discipleship, communication & creativity to help continue innovating the training/traveling process for incoming students. 

Mary is from New Jersey and joined in June of 2017. In 2019, Mary transitioned off the road and into leadership at Home Base. She has loved being able to use the gifts of video and photography to serve the Lord and is excited to grow into new leadership roles.

Bella Thomas is from Kentucky joined fall of 2016. She traveled for a year and a half on the road and then became stationary in AZ. She stepped away for a season to  learn business fundamentals and digital fundraising and is now using these skills to help advance the ministry.
