Applications will not be reviewed without all of the following:

• $15 application fee
• A current full-length photograph of yourself.(We cannot accept uploaded files at this time. Please send files either via email with your name      in the subject line or using standard mail.)
• A video or audio recording of your monologue. We cannot accept uploaded monologues at this time. Please send files either via email with      your name in the subject line or on a cd using standard mail.)
• A completed pastoral recommendation (sent seperately)
